Our wine list at Raviolis Italian Bistro offers a unique selection of wines complimenting the wide range of flavors and textures found in Chef Giuseppe Di Gristina’s dishes.  While our wine list is not overwhelming, it is clearly organized, inviting and easy to use.  Guests will find that our wine list is comprised or boutique varietals that are very limited in production and handsome in craft.  All of the most favored and noble grape varieties are represented, and guests of every taste preference will find several wines at different price levels that will enhance any item on our wine menu. 

We also offer alternate wines, not on our menu that may suit a certain palate and flavor focus for discerning guests.  These wines are available to our guests, through our sommelier.  We will gladly assist those who wish to be guided through the list, providing recommendations for everything from an appetite-enhancing aperitif or a festive Champagne, to a zesty white wine or a deep, succulent red.  We would be pleased to provide a rich dessert wine or a mellow glass of Port to conclude your evening and will invite you to discover the new wines are added to our list each month.
